Last Wednesday evening the Dover City Council unanimously voted to approve a resolution outlining City efforts to assist our community through these challenging times. Full details are posted on the City website, but the areas covered are listed here.

Property Tax Relief:
-Financial Hardship
-Low & Moderate Income Homeowners
-Extended Property Tax Payment Plans
-Existing Exemptions and Credits

Housing and Food Assistance:
-Housing Assistance
-Food & Household Commodities
-Homeless Services

Business Assistance:
-Economic Loan Availability
-Economic Loan Payment Deferral
-Consulting and Referral Resources
-License and Permit Extensions
-Parking

Water/Sewer Utilities:
-Extended Payment Plans
-Non-Payment Shutoffs Deferred

Recreation:
-Financial Hardship
-Program Membership/Registration/Facility Rental Credits
