Election Season!

I am excited to announce that I am running for re-election this fall to one of two at large seats on Dover City Council. Serving our community as a member of City Council for the past two years has been a great honor. I have learned so much more about the character of this City and the commitment of all our community members. I hope to continue representing the views of young families, helping our City continue on is path towards sustainability, and providing opportunities for all our residents.

I hope to continue bringing attention to the issues that I have been focused on - economy, education, and environment - while also working to increase the transparency and accessibility of our local government. I am committed to continuing to listen and learn from all our residents to build a future for everyone in our city.

Prior to serving on City Council, I was a member of the Stewardship of Resources Committee and participated in the Citizen’s Leadership Academy. During my 2018-2019 term I have served on the Recreation Advisory Board, the Strafford Regional Planning Commission, the Ordinance Committee, the Mayor’s Tri-City Homelessness Task Force and represented the Council in School Department meetings about equity in education here in Dover. I have appreciated hearing from residents about their concerns and hope that I can continue to serve that role for our community.

Please vote on November 5th!

Ways you can help:

  • If you’re not already registered to vote, head on down to City Hall soon! While you can always register same day, it’s easier to take care of that beforehand.

  • Help get the word out! Share this message with your friends, put up a yard sign, or volunteer to distribute postcards. Every little bit helps!

  • Donate to the campaign to help offset the costs of materials.

  • And most of all, mark your calendar to vote on Nov. 5!
